AN ACT RELATING TO STATE AFFAIRS AND GOVERNMENT -- OFFICE OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES

Requires state contracted human services providers to pay their employees a starting hourly wage of no less than 155% of the state minimum wage.
