House Bill #5532 (2021)

AN ACT RELATING TO CRIMINAL PROCEDURE -- PRELIMINARY PROCEEDINGS IN DISTRICT COURTS

Provides that ten (10%) percent of fines imposed for misdemeanor offenses resulting in a filing shall be provided to Justice Assistance to support the case management of persons receiving a filing with any sanctions.
