AN ACT RELATING TO ANIMALS AND ANIMAL HUSBANDRY -- CRUELTY TO ANIMALS

Authorizes a law enforcement or animal control officer to hold an animal confined in a motor vehicle up to seventy-two (72) hours pending a district court hearing.
