AN ACT RELATING TO TAXATION – THE FIRST-TIME HOMEBUYERS SAVINGS ACCOUNT ACT

Authorizes the creation of first-time homebuyer savings account from which savings to purchase a home could be deducted from an individual's or couple's personal income taxes.
