AN ACT RELATING TO PUBLIC FINANCE - DIVESTMENT OF STATE PENSION FUNDS FROM MILITARY CONTRACTORS

Requires the state investment commission to identify and divest pension fund investments in military weapon manufacturers whether held directly and indirectly.
