Senate Bill #621 (2021)

AN ACT RELATING TO ELECTIONS - MAIL BALLOTS

Removes the two (2) witness and notary requirement for mail ballot applications and mail ballot certificate envelope. It would also delete the requirement that person may vote by mail, only if they are unable to vote in person.
