AN ACT RELATING TO GENERAL ASSEMBLY -- REDISTRICTING

Requires for adoption of redistricting legislation an affirmative vote of a majority of representatives and senators voting by each of the 2 chambers' and by a majority of representatives and senators in the largest 2 member-represented political parties.
