AN ACT RELATING TO TAXATION -- PROPERTY SUBJECT TO TAXATION -- SMITHFIELD

Authorizes the town of Smithfield to exempt or stabilize taxes on qualified property used for manufacturing or commercial purposes in the town of Smithfield.
