AN ACT RELATING TO STATE AFFAIRS AND GOVERNMENT -- HEALTH CARE FOR CHILDREN AND PREGNANT WOMEN -- EQUALITY IN ABORTION COVERAGE

Provides for abortion coverage in the Medicaid program and repeal the abortion coverage exclusion for state employee insurance plans.
