AN ACT RELATING TO CRIMINAL OFFENSES -- THEFT, EMBEZZLEMENT, FALSE PRETENSES, AND MISAPPROPRIATION

Makes possession of a used catalytic converter a felony and requires recycling service providers to maintain certain records relative to catalytic converters.
