AN ACT RELATING TO AGRICULTURE AND FORESTRY -- AGRICULTURAL FUNCTIONS OF DEPARTMENT

Provides that Rhode Island assents to the provisions of the FDA Food Safety Modernization Act relative to the Preventive Controls for Animal Food Regulation (PCAF) regulations.
