House Bill #5358 (2023)

AN ACT RELATING TO HUMAN SERVICES -- ABUSED AND NEGLECTED CHILDREN

Imposes a felony subject to a fine between $5,000 and $10,000, or imprisonment for no more than 5 years or both, on any person in a position of authority who fails to report known or suspected child abuse or neglect, child sexual assault or battery.
