AN ACT RELATING TO STATE AFFAIRS AND GOVERNMENT -- DEPARTMENT OF STATE

Requires the secretary of state to establish a registry for publication of municipal invitations for bids and requires that municipalities publish notice of invitations for bids with the registry.
