AN ACT RELATING TO MILITARY AFFAIRS AND DEFENSE -- RHODE ISLAND VETERANS' HOME

Requires that the administrator for the Rhode Island veterans' home be a licensed nursing home administrator and removes the requirement that the administrator be an honorably discharged veteran.
