House Bill #5503 (2023)

AN ACT RELATING TO MOTOR AND OTHER VEHICLES -- OPERATORS' AND CHAUFFEURS' LICENSES

Requires DMV to make, for persons with autism, a operator's license that is clearly marked “autism”, decals that are clearly marked “autism” to be affixed to the vehicle, and blue envelopes that provide written information.
