House Bill #5549 (2023)

AN ACT RELATING TO HEALTH AND SAFETY -- ZERO-EMISSION LAWN CARE DEVICES

Mandates that by January 1, 2025, all lawn care devices sold in the state have zero emissions and that by January 1, 2028, all lawn care devices used in the state have zero emissions. DEM to promulgate rules and regulations.
