House Bill #5660 (2023)

AN ACT RELATING TO HEALTH AND SAFETY -- STATE BUILDING CODE

Brings state law into federal compliance by prohibiting or otherwise lending this use of refrigerant designated as acceptable pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 7671k as long as the refrigerant is listed and installed in accordance therewith.
