AN ACT RELATING TO HEALTH AND SAFETY -- COMPREHENSIVE PFAS BAN ACT OF 2023

Prohibits the use of perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances or "PFAS" in various products including carpets, cookware, cosmetics, ski wax, and various other items.
