AN ACT RELATING TO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES -- MANUFACTURING AND WHOLESALE LICENSES

Prohibits all manufacturers of alcoholic beverages from holding a wholesaler's license and from having any interest in a wholesaler's license.
