AN ACT RELATING TO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES -- RETAIL LICENSES

Prohibits Retailer’s Class B, C, N and other liquor licenses from being issued to retailers operating within two hundred feet (200’) of pre-kindergarten schools and establishments.
