AN ACT RELATING TO STATE AFFAIRS AND GOVERNMENT -- DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION

Prohibits contracts with private, for-profit prison facilities or with the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) for the purposes of housing and detaining people.
