AN ACT RELATING TO COMMERCIAL LAW -- GENERAL REGULATORY PROVISIONS -- RHODE ISLAND CATALYTIC CONVERTER INTERSTATE COMPACT

Establishes an interstate compact regulating purchase dealing in catalytic converters and sets licensing and reporting requirements for each sale or purchase of converters.
