AN ACT RELATING TO INSURANCE -- UNFAIR CLAIMS PRACTICES ACT
Amends the definition of unfair claims settlement practices by insurers & motor vehicle damage appraisers, and creates a chapter providing for the appraisal of damaged motor vehicles, when the insurer & the insured cannot agree on the amount of the loss.
