AN ACT RELATING TO HEALTH AND SAFETY -- PREVENTION AND SUPPRESSION OF CONTAGIOUS DISEASES -- HIV/AIDS

Permits a licensed pharmacist to prescribe, dispense or administer HIV prevention drugs to an individual who is HIV negative, does not report any signs or symptoms of acute HIV infection, and does not report taking any contraindicated medication.
