AN ACT RELATING TO LABOR AND LABOR RELATIONS -- EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AND AFFIRMATIVE ACTION

Incorporates the federal affirmative action and nondiscrimination obligations of federal contractors and subcontractors regarding individuals with disabilities and further expands the existing disability enterprises program.
