AN ACT RELATING TO STATE AFFAIRS IN GOVERNMENT -- LEAD HAZARD MITIGATION

Relieves property owners from implementing lead hazard mitigation for pre-1978 rental dwelling units that are comprised of two (2) or three (3) units, one of which is occupied by the property owner.
