House Bill #5966 (2023)

AN ACT RELATING TO WATERS AND NAVIGATION -- COASTAL RESOURCES MANAGEMENT COUNCIL

Creates the position of a full-time staff attorney for the CRMC. The staff attorney reports directly to the executive director and is not permitted to engage in the practice of law. The staff attorney may not represent the council.
