House Bill #6074 (2023)

AN ACT RELATING TO HEALTH AND SAFETY -- RIGHTS OF NURSING HOME PATIENTS

Provides that nursing home facilities that have achieved 90% compliance with the staffing requirements that commenced in January 2023, are granted a 12 month grace period to achieve 100% compliance without being penalized.
