AN ACT RELATING TO TOWNS AND CITIES -- ZONING ORDINANCES

Provides that adaptive reuse for the conversion of commercial property into residential or mixed-use developments shall be a permitted use and allowable by specific and objective provisions of a zoning ordinance, subject to certain restrictions.
