AN ACT RELATING TO PUBLIC OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES -- MERIT SYSTEM

Requires the personnel administrator, any time any state agency has fifty (50) position vacancies or more, to administer civil service exams to fill those positions at least three (3) times per year.
