AN ACT RELATING TO LABOR AND LABOR RELATIONS -- CONSUMER CREDIT HISTORY EMPLOYMENT PROTECTION ACT -- DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES

Provides state employee public safety professionals with parity to municipal public safety employees in the state/municipal retirement systems effective July 1, 2023 with 10% contribution.
