Senate Bill #606 (2023)

AN ACT RELATING TO CRIMINAL PROCEDURE -- EXPUNGEMENT OF CRIMINAL RECORDS

Requires automatic expungement of records and records of conviction, if the conviction was for a non-violent misdemeanor, five (5) years after completion of the sentence.
