AN ACT RELATING TO TAXATION -- PROPERTY SUBJECT TO TAXATION

Exempts from taxation the real and tangible personal property of PACE Organization of Rhode Island, provided that the organization is qualified as a tax-exempt corporation pursuant to 26 USC 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
