JOINT RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE REPORTING DATE OF THE SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO STUDY THE EFFECTS OF LEGALIZING MARIJUANA
This resolution would extend the reporting date of the special legislative commission to study the effects of legalizing marijuana from March 1, 2018, to May 31, 2018, and said commission would expire on July 1, 2018.

RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 384 passed by the General Assembly at its January session, A.D. 2017, and approved June 28, 2017, entitled "Joint Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission To Study The Effects of Legalizing Marijuana" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the General Assembly on or before May 31, 2018, and said commission shall expire on July 1, 2018; and be it further
RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 384 passed by the General Assembly at its January session, A.D. 2017, and approved June 28, 2017, be and the same is hereby rescinded. ======== LC004647 ========
