House Bill #5383 (2019)
AN ACT RELATING TO HEALTH AND SAFETY -- COMPREHENSIVE DISCHARGE PLANNING
Amends current law so that, as part of a comprehensive discharge plan, a hospital would be allowed to try to contact the patient's emergency contact and the certified peer recovery specialists, in accordance with federal law.
