AN ACT RELATING TO ANIMALS AND ANIMAL HUSBANDRY -- DONATION OF MEDICATIONS FOR USE BY NONPROFIT, STATE AND LOCAL FACILITIES

Establishes a process for the donation of unused medications for use by nonprofit, state and local facilities by owners of animals.
