AN ACT RELATING TO FOOD AND DRUGS -- UNIFORM CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES ACT

Exempts from Schedule III (d)(1) chlorionic gonadotropin when used for injection in cattle or any non-human species when that use is approved by the Food and Drug Administration.
