AN ACT RELATING TO TOWNS AND CITIES - MUNICIPAL INCENTIVE AID

Authorizes the general treasurer to withhold state aid to municipalities which do not meet certain requirements regarding locally-administered pension plans and, if applicable, funding improvement plans.
