House Bill #5031 (2021)

AN ACT RELATED TO MOTOR AND OTHER VEHICLES -- ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING STATIONS

Requires the department of transportation, along with the division of motor vehicles and the office of energy resources, to develop, no later than January 1, 2022, a plan for statewide electric vehicle charging station infrastructure.
