House Bill #5096 (2021)

AN ACT RELATING TO ELECTIONS -- GENERAL STATE OFFICERS

Requires the secretary of state to conduct a special election to fill a vacancy in the office of the lieutenant governor whenever eighteen (18) months or more remain in the four (4) year term of office.
