AN ACT RELATING TO DOMESTIC RELATIONS - DIVORCE PROCEEDINGS - SUPPORT FOR CHILDREN

Eliminates any award of interest by the family court in any enforcement proceeding resulting in a judgment or order for failure to make child support payments.
