AN ACT RELATING TO INSURANCE -- PRESCRIPTIONS
Limits health insurance carriers that provide coverage for prescription insulin drugs used to treat diabetes to fifty ($50) dollars copayment for a thirty (30) day supply of medically necessary insulin.
