AN ACT RELATING TO HEALTH AND SAFETY -- NEW HOME BUYERS FIRE PROTECTION ACT

Mandates that builders of new 1 or 2 family residential dwellings provide home buyer with written information regarding the installation of automatic fire sprinkler system subject to civil penalties for violations enforced by the AG or state fire marshal.
