AN ACT RELATING TO CRIMINAL OFFENSES -- TRESPASS AND VANDALISM

Prevents a person from being prosecuted for fishing, gathering seaweed, swimming or passage along the sandy or rocky shoreline within ten feet (10') of the most recent high tide line.
