House Bill #5488 (2021)

AN ACT RELATING TO CRIMINAL OFFENSES – GENERAL PROVISIONS

Reduces the maximum sentence for a misdemeanor from one year to three hundred and sixty-four (364) days, and would apply to all persons sentenced after its effective date.
