AN ACT RELATING TO STATE AFFAIRS AND GOVERNMENT -- QUASI-PUBLIC CORPORATIONS ACCOUNTABILITY AND TRANSPARENCY ACT

Requires quasi-public corporations to use all funds and property to perform the function or service for which the quasi-public corporation was created.
